This isn't another open gym or overcrowded training session.
Charles has trained players and competed alongside athletes across the U.S. and internationally - from high school and college basketball to the professional level.
Now, for four days in Albuquerque, he's bringing that experience directly to local athletes through focused, game-specific development.
The goal isn't to collect drills.
The goal is to become a better basketball player.

Train the skills that actually transfer to games.
Work through shooting, finishing, ball handling and footwork with an emphasis on executing at game speed - not simply completing drills.

Learn to see the game differently.
Develop better reads, decision-making and awareness so athletes understand when, where and why to use the skills they're developing.

Build the confidence to compete when it matters. Stay on the court longer.
Training addresses the mental side of basketball too: responding to mistakes, competing under pressure, staying disciplined and becoming an athlete coaches can trust.

The session ends. Your athlete's development doesn't.
LEAVE WITH A PLAN.
Every athlete receives a 7-Day Gamma Academy Trial with simple workouts and guidance to continue building their game.
My name is Charles Elzie III, and I've lived every stage of the journey. I went from being an overlooked high school athlete to becoming a National Champion, earning NAIA MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and now competing professionally overseas.
Along the way, I learned that talent and hard work aren't enough without direction. Too many athletes have the dream of earning more playing time, getting recruited, and creating opportunities beyond New Mexico, but don't have a clear roadmap to get there.
That's why I created Gamma: to give athletes and parents the structure, development, and direction I wish I had.
No hype. No shortcuts.
Just a clear path forward.
